Free delivery on all orders over £75.00. A delivery charge of £9.70 applies to all orders under £75.00. All Saturday deliveries carry a surcharge of £21.00
Carriage free orders apply to UK mainland deliveries ONLY. Additional charges will apply outside the UK mainland and certain other areas. This surcharge will be added to your shopping cart before you complete your puchase.
Any surcharge will be added at the point that one of our sales team processes your order. Any surcharge is non refundable in the event of goods being cancelled after receiving such goods.

Deliveries can be made ANYTIME between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. SND will try to arrange deliveries on requested days but cannot guarantee this.
A signature is ALWAYS required at the time of delivery, therefore someone must be at the address stated on the order, between the specified times above. Failure to do so may incur a re-delivery charge.
Generally orders will be despatched and delivered within 2-10 working days provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons out of SND's control, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
When your order arrives you must check for damages and/or shortages. Claims for damages and/or shortages have to be made within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery. Claims for damages made after 48 hours of your delivery arriving will be strictly refused. Time and date of delivery is recorded with our carriers.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, an order can be cancelled in writing within 7 working days of delivery if boxed with all original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, including all lamps/bulbs and providing the goods are in a resalable condition. A refund shall be provided less the costs of carriage/postage.
This does not apply to goods that have been manufactured specifically for you, e.g. specially manufactured crystal chandeliers or other specially modified electrical goods cannot be returned for credit.
A cancellation email must be sent in writing, to us at sales@sndelectrical.co.uk Notification by telephone is not acceptable.
If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, there is a collection charge of £14.95 including VAT which covers the cost of our carriers having to collect the unwanted goods from you.
Unwanted goods will only be collected by our carriers due to insurance purposes, at a charge of £14.95 including VAT. You will be issued with a returns consignment number for reference.
Goods that are returned to SND will be inspected for any sign of use, damage, misuse or neglect and we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you less the costs of carriage/postage. If there is any doubt we reserve the right not to exchange or give a refund.
Any goods returned after 7 days of delivery that were purchased in error or are no longer wanted will be subject to handling and re-stocking charges of 25% of the original cost of goods.
We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.
Damaged Goods & Shortages
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery or if there any shortages, you should notify SND in writing via e-mail sales@sndelectrical.co.uk within 48 hours. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check all goods for damages & shortages within 48 hours. Outside this time, no claims will be accepted.
SND will not be liable for any costs incurred due to delayed delivery, faulty goods or shortages such as electrician's fees etc.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000.
Damaged or Broken glass does not constitute faulty goods.
