The Crabtree Loadstar Type B 3-Phase Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) are intended to provide effective short-circuit and overloading protection for light industrial and commercial applications. With a breaking capability of 6kA, these MCBs are suitable for application in distribution boards and panel boards. Type B trip characteristics make them appropriately suitable for protecting general-purpose circuits, e.g., socket outlets and lighting, where surge currents are relatively low.
Each model offers varying current ratings, providing flexibility in the design and protection of multiple electrical installations.
Trip Curve Type B: Trips between 3 and 5 times the full load current—ideal for residential and light commercial loads.
Breaking Capacity: 10kA at 230/400V AC in compliance with IEC 60898-1.
