Yes, we offer free collection from our Birmingham store at 23-25 Constitution Hill. You'll need to bring ID (passport, driving licence or work card) and sign for your collection. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they'll need a copy of your ID too.

We deliver to UK mainland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey). Non-mainland UK deliveries cost from £14.95 and take 2-3 working days. We don't currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Email lighting@sndelectrical.co.uk (for lighting) or internet.orders@sndelectrical.co.uk (for electrical goods) with your order reference. Items must be unused, in original packaging with no damage, and returned at your own cost using a tracked courier service. We'll refund you within 30 days, minus original postage costs. Note: custom-made items like specially manufactured chandeliers can't be returned.
