Great service fast delivery
The unit was faulty and had to be returned. It failed to format an additional hard drive (I tried two brand new drives of different brands). I contacted "Eufy" and they agreed that there was a fault. Looking online I see that a lot of customers have experienced the same problem.

An Improvement over homebase 2 however I'm disappointed at the range and I have had to because of this position the cameras in not optimal locations.
Great device for increasing storage space for my e340 doorbell, but also helps speed up response time, so very happy with the purchase. A great price offered on SND website, easy purchasing process and a speedy dispatch and delivery. I would highly recommend SND and the Eufy Homebase 3.
