Where do I start? Read my review on Trustpilot. Fact is it all went wrong, first contact with the company was very unprofessional, I spoke to a heavily accented individual who answered as if I'd contacted a private individual whose first language was most definately not English, the company is in Birmingham so I stated that the first contact was not a surprise, anyone that has been to Birmingham would know exactly what I'm talking about. I was labelled racist by the company for mentioning this on Trustpilot. I'm not racist but there is no doubt certain "groups" are a problem, not just here but in the entire west. My purchase was returned as it was miss addressed by the company.
Excellent camera/door bell with lots of features at a great price. Unable to get the chimes working yet but no doubt that’s a ‘me’ problem which I will resolve eventually.

Great quality detection picture on detection is quite sharp and responsive I do have issue with adding family member to the unit i contacted the supplier about exchanging the video door bell and had no issue doing that they were very corporative. My recommendation is ,if you are thinking about buying the eufy video door bell I recommend that you should go ahead and get it
