Description

Crabtree Starbreaker Type C MCB series offers high-immunity protection for circuits with comparatively moderate inrush currents and, therefore, can be utilized in domestic, commercial, and light industrial applications. Integrating easily into Starbreaker consumer units, the single-pole MCBs ensure assured overload and short-circuit protection with a breaking capacity of 6kA.

With Type C tripping characteristics, they can sustain greater surge currents (trip at 5 to 10 times rated current) and hence are suitable for motor, transformer, and inductive load circuits.
