The Lo-Carbon PureAir Cleanse 100 HT is a decentralised mechanical extract ventilation (dMEV) fan designed for continuous, near-silent operation in residential properties. Built to comply with Approved Document F 2021 Building Regulations, it delivers whole-house ventilation rates without compromising on noise levels. An integrated air quality sensor detects volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and triggers a proportionate boost to clear pollutants automatically. With an IPX5 rating and flexible mounting options, it is suitable for all bathroom zones including Zone 1, and is approved for use in PAS 2035 energy efficiency retrofit projects.
