The Lo-Carbon PureAir Home with Heater is a loft-mounted Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) system designed to eliminate condensation, mould, and poor air quality across an entire property. It draws fresh air from the loft, filters it, and gently disperses it throughout the property to force out stale, moisture-laden air. The integrated 500W heater tempers incoming air before delivery, preventing cold draughts during winter months. Running costs can be as low as £5 for an entire year of operation. Once installed, the unit sits entirely out of sight in the loft with no impact on the living space

Key Features

• Positive Input Ventilation (PIV): Continuously supplies filtered fresh air into the building, pushing harmful, moisture-laden air out. 
• Condensation & Mould Elimination: Reduces humidity in the air, curing condensation and preventing the conditions that lead to mould growth and associated health issues such as asthma and itchy skin. 
• Integrated 500W Heater: Tempers incoming air to a set threshold temperature, with a default activation point of 10°C, adjustable between 5°C and 20°C during commissioning.
• Two-Speed Automatic Operation: 'Trickle' mode activates when the loft temperature is below 18°C; 'Energy Recovery' mode engages between 18°C and 27°C. The unit automatically switches to standby if the loft temperature exceeds 27°C.
• Smart Sense™ Control: Allows quick and accurate setup with variable speed control to suit the property size. 
• Whole-House Coverage: Suitable for properties up to 5 bedrooms and up to 150m². 
• 5-Year Maintenance-Free G4 Filter: No routine servicing required for up to five years. An F7 (PM2.5) filter upgrade is available. 
• Discreet Loft Installation: Entirely hidden from living areas — floor-mounted or hung from a roof beam with adjustable mounting legs.
• BBA Approved: British Board of Agrément certified for performance and suitability.
